The Buzz
“With so much going on at Training Conference, the one thing I do know is that I will be at the Expo Stage at 1:45 on Monday. Why? Because I’m always searching for what’s next in our profession. The old ways no longer work, so what can we draw on to improve learning experiences? Chuck Sigmund and Josh Penzell are presenting “TheaterThink”’, an approach that applies the language, roles and model of theater and acting to training programs. I anticipate that they will alter how we approach the design and delivery of learning.”
Monica Cornetti, Gamification Guru, Sententia Gamification
“I am so stoked to learn how to use TheaterThink and take my future trainings to the next level! To see everyone’s “character” come to life in order to achieve a common goal together while having insane amounts of fun is what excites me the most! It’s like playing D&D, but for L&D!”
Nella Fulmer, Sr. Trainer-Education at Work
“As an L&D leader I have been waiting for someone to come up with a new way of thinking about our work that gets everyone on the same page. TheaterThink is exactly what we need to break us out of our stale, conventional (boring) models and get us thinking more creatively.”
Keith Lillico, Associate Director of L&D – Merck

This interactive, participant-focused show is guaranteed to thrill and amaze, and leave the participants filled with a newfound appreciation for their own audiences.
